Product Designer

We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and work directly with our portfolio companies. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visual identities and digital experiences that bring our founders' visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain brand identities for portfolio companies, including logos, style guides, and visual assets
• Design responsive websites and marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messages
• Collaborate closely with founder teams to understand their vision and translate it into compelling designs
• Work with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of design systems
• Create marketing collateral including social media assets, presentations, and promotional materials
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while ensuring each portfolio company maintains its unique identity
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand design and digital product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, web design, and marketing materials
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
• Experience working with development teams and understanding of web technologies
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both French and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Based in Tunisia or willing to relocate
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
